At Fully Alive Community Health, we provide whole-person care through mobile pop-up clinics and community partnerships, bringing medical, dental, vision, behavioral health, and wellness services to underserved communities. Our story
Toward a community that flourishes in spirit, body, and mind
We began with a simple conviction: everyone deserves to be cared for with dignity, no matter what they can pay.
From a fully equipped mobile clinic, our volunteer doctors, dentists, optometrists, and counselors meet neighbors right where they are: at churches, shelters, and disaster sites across Los Angeles. Care here is rooted in the love of Christ and offered freely to all who walk through the door.

Services
Whole-person care, all in one visit
Care is provided at no cost and is available to everyone, regardless of insurance coverage or documentation status. All are welcome. Appointments are encouraged.
Primary Healthcare
Doctor visits, rapid point-of-care testing, on-site medications, and ongoing support for chronic conditions.
Vision Care
Comprehensive eye exams, prescription glasses, and screenings for cataracts, glaucoma, and diabetic retinopathy.
Dental Care
Exams, X-rays, cleanings, fillings, and extractions, plus urgent relief and referrals for complex needs.
Mental Health & Wellness Care
Trauma-informed care and community engagement that build connection and resilience.

From Struggling to Thriving
When Maria came to Fully Alive Community Health, her diabetes was out of control. Her A1C was 11.3%, and a serious leg wound threatened her health.
Our volunteer physician took the time to listen, educate, and empower her. With a better understanding of her condition and treatment options, Maria returned to her primary care provider ready to advocate for the care she needed.
The results were life-changing.
Her A1C dropped to 6.5%, her leg wound healed, and she regained her health, confidence, and hope.
