At Fully Alive Community Health, we believe everyone deserves access to quality healthcare. We partner with churches, schools, nonprofits, and community organizations to bring free medical, vision, dental and mental health services directly to underserved communities through our mobile clinics.

Host Sponsorship Donation: $3,500 per clinic

The sponsorship helps offset the cost of medical supplies, medications, laboratory testing, vision and dental services, volunteer support, equipment, and operational expenses required to provide a high-quality community health clinic.
