Fully Alive Community Health is a licensed mobile medical clinic and 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in Pasadena, California. It brings free, comprehensive medical, dental, vision, screening, and mental health services together in a one-stop model of care for neighbors across greater Los Angeles, while also deploying to disaster-affected communities when Los Angeles County needs it most. By bringing multiple essential health services together in one accessible setting, Fully Alive makes it easier for people to get the care they need without navigating multiple providers or locations. Partners fund the care, so no one served at a clinic is ever billed, asked for insurance, or asked for papers.

If you represent a foundation, a health system, a company, or a family fund, this page is for you. Reach out to Fully Alive Community Health at (626) 360-0800 or info@fullyalivecommunityhealth.org to start a conversation.

Ways to partner

Every dollar here pays for delivered care. Patients are never charged.

Sponsor a clinic day

A full day of care for up to 150 children, adults, and families who would otherwise go without. Covers the volunteer physicians, nurses, and healthcare professionals who deliver primary medical, dental, and vision care, screenings, and mental health support, all at no cost to the patient.

Bring hope in a crisis

When disaster strikes, this keeps Fully Alive Community Health ready to respond with a fully equipped mobile clinic and trained volunteers. It funds standby capacity and sustained operations in the days and weeks after a crisis, the same response delivered after the 2025 Los Angeles wildfires.

Sponsor 100 screenings

One hundred people in underserved communities receive life-changing diagnostic tests in a single visit to the mobile clinic. Screenings catch diabetes, kidney disease, high cholesterol, and infectious disease early, when treatment works best.

Stock the pharmacy

A prescription only helps if the patient can fill it. This stocks the clinic pharmacy so patients take medication home the same day, from antibiotics and blood pressure medication to diabetes supplies and pain relief. $2,500 covers roughly 75 to 100 patients. $5,000 covers one full clinic day, up to 150 patients. $10,000 keeps the pharmacy stocked across multiple clinic events and replenishes high-demand medications.

Restore a smile

Restorative dental care using lasting, name-brand materials rather than the temporary, lower-cost materials many clinics rely on. That means tooth-colored, mercury-free restorations, plus Silver Diamine Fluoride, which can stop deep cavities without drilling or injections. Because many patients cannot return for a second visit, the team delivers the highest standard of care in a single appointment.

Give the gift of sight

A comprehensive eye exam, digital retinal screening, and quality prescription glasses in one clinic visit. Patients leave with branded frames in hand, no weeks-long wait and no second appointment. Early detection of eye disease and restored sight help children learn, adults work, and families move forward.

Invest where the need is greatest

An unrestricted gift lets Fully Alive Community Health put resources where they matter most: equipment and supplies, volunteer recruitment and training, and response to new needs as they emerge. It funds care today and builds the capacity to serve more patients tomorrow.

The mobile model

A mobile clinic can cost more per visit than a high-volume brick and mortar clinic. That is the wrong comparison. The question is not which model is cheaper. It is which model delivers the most value for the people being served.

Fully Alive Community Health reaches people who might otherwise go without care by bringing a comprehensive range of services—medical, dental, vision, preventive screenings, and mental health—directly into underserved Los Angeles neighborhoods and disaster-affected communities. This one-stop approach allows individuals and families to address multiple health needs in a single, trusted setting, removing the burden of navigating separate providers, appointments, and locations. As a result, health concerns are identified earlier, gaps in care are reduced, and costly emergency and hospital visits can be avoided. Just as importantly, this model builds trust and creates a place people know they can return to for the care they need.

The return is measured in earlier treatment, lower downstream cost, and healthier neighborhoods.

The relationship

What partners get

Direct access

A named contact and a direct line. Not a general inbox and not a newsletter.

Reporting

Reporting on where the money went and who it reached. Clinic counts, patients served, services delivered, and the neighborhoods they were delivered in.

Recognition

Recognition at clinics and in organizational materials.

Documentation

Financials and 501(c)3 documentation on request.

An open invitation

An open invitation to observe a clinic day. Come stand in the parking lot at 8 a.m. and watch the tents go up. It is the fastest way to understand what your funding buys.

Supply is not the same as delivery. Donated medicine still has to get to a parking lot in Los Angeles with a licensed clinician standing next to it. Funding partners are what turns the supply into care that reaches a person. That is the gap this page is asking you to fill.
