Primary healthcare

- Consultation with a doctor for illness, injuries, and everyday concerns

Catching problems early changes everything. Our team offers quick, free screenings at every clinic so small issues stay small.

Vision
Vision care
Diabetes is one of the leading causes of preventable blindness, and many of our neighbors have never had an eye exam. We help them see clearly, often for the first time in years.
- Eye exams by licensed volunteers
- Prescription glasses provided free of charge
- Screenings for cataracts, diabetic retinopathy, and glaucoma
Dental
Dental care
Dental pain keeps people from eating, sleeping, and working. Our dental team treats the urgent need and helps protect every smile after that.

New program
Mental health services
Healing is more than physical. Our newest program walks with neighbors through trauma, stress, and recovery, especially after disaster.
- Individual trauma therapy using CBT, DBT, and EMDR
- Written exposure and DBT skills groups
- CARE resiliency group
- Case management to connect neighbors with ongoing support
- Wellness classes: breathwork, stretching, and arts
- Psychiatry consultation

Referrals
When a neighbor needs care we can’t provide on board, we don’t just point the way. We connect them with trusted partners for:
- Mammograms and PAP smears
- Immunizations
- Prenatal and pediatric care
- STD testing
- Laboratory services
- Women’s health services
Every service above is 100% free. No insurance, no ID, and no documentation required.
